BEERS
First, as a beer consumer, you should know a bit about beers.
Not all beers are the same. There are two main
categories of beer, Ales and Lagers.
All other beers are just sub categories of these two types. Ales
and Lagers are made in different ways. Lagers are made with bottom
fermenting yeast, while Ales are made with
top fermenting yeast. This difference has many different effects.
